Subscription terms

1. Seller

• Owner and controller: the owner of InvestorChill
• Tax ID (NIF): available on request

• Contact: the in-app Help and contact form

These terms complement the terms of service.

2. What Pro includes and what is always free

Viewing, recording, importing (CSV and text) and exporting your data is always free. Pro adds, among other things, unlimited portfolios and alerts, more copilot messages and screenshot imports, the full tax section and Pro widgets. The current list is on the Pro page.

3. Price

The amount charged is the one shown on the payment screen before you confirm. Web payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Price lock. As long as your subscription continues without interruption, you keep paying the price you subscribed at even if it changes for new customers. If you cancel and come back, the price at that time applies. Changes in VAT or other taxes are passed on as required by law.

4. 14-day free trial

• Each account can try Pro once for 14 days, without a card and without commitment.
• When it ends nothing is charged: the account returns to the free plan without losing data. We remind you before it ends.

5. Renewal and cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from the Pro page (web payments) or from the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play (in-app payments). You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid and it does not renew.
• If you delete your account, we cancel the web subscription immediately. App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled there.
• When you return to the free plan no data is deleted or hidden; only the free-plan limits apply again to new items.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving reasons (Spanish consumer law, arts. 102 onwards of the TRLGDCU; Directive 2011/83/EU).

Pro is digital content and service supplied as soon as the payment is confirmed. Before paying we will ask you to tick this box explicitly:

"I ask for Pro to start now, during the withdrawal period. I understand that, because it starts now, if I withdraw I will be refunded in proportion to the time not used, and that I lose the right of withdrawal once the period purchased has ended."

To withdraw, write to the in-app Help and contact form with your account email (you may use the model withdrawal form, it is not mandatory). We will refund the amount due within 14 days using the same payment method. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are refunded through Apple or Google according to their procedures.

7. Founders

Accounts that existed before Pro launched have "Founder" Pro at no cost for as long as the service exists. It is not transferable.

8. Complaints

Write to the in-app Help and contact form and we will answer within one month at most. You can also contact the consumer authorities of your region or country.
